When Booking a Shooting Lesson

All lesson fees to be paid in advance, by cash or BACS and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Short notice booking must be paid for in full by BACS and are non-refundable.

Lesson Cancellations

The full lesson fee is due for cancellations made within 48hrs for lessons booked Mon-Fri or less than 7 days notice for those booked for a Saturday.

We must do this due to high demand and limited operating times. 

When Booking Gift Vouchers and other shooting functions

When you book a voucher function it is final, if you need to change dates then please email or phone. If we can change your date without affecting anyone else  (usually 14 days before the event) then we will free of charge.

If you need to change dates less than 14 days prior to the event you will be charged a re-booking fee of £10.00 per person. We will only accept a change of booking date once without exception. We cannot accept any date changes within 72 hours of the booking.

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months to the end of stated month on the voucher, any vouchers not redeemed in this time will be deemed to have been spent.

General Terms and Conditions

Arrive for your appointment at least 15 mins before your start time

If you arrive late the lesson event will still end at its allotted time you will still be liable for the full fee.

Gift vouchers and lessons will be deemed to be spent even if their full value has not been used due to late arrival.

It is your responsibility to arrive in time

Once the booking has been received, all no shows must be paid for. Only book for the number you know will attended the event. Extra attendees can be paid for in cash or BACS on the day providing a minimum of 48hrs notice is given.
